MANUSCRIPT EDITING
Please read our information on Manuscript Evaluation. It is important that MS Evaluation precede editing of your MS for the good reason that quite often, MS Evaluation may be all that the writer needs to get the MS on the right track. If editing is required after an initial evaluation, you will be advised, and the decision to proceed with editing will be up to you.
The process
» Your hard copy will be marked with editing where necessary, accompanied by separate notes legibly handwritten or computer printed, plus styling sheet and editing marks.
» Every effort will be made to complete the work as soon as possible.
Cost
First ten pages: $135.00, following pages @ $2.00 per page. Total cost + 13% HST.
Payment must accompany your MS submission and be in the form of Certified Cheque, Postal Money Order or Bank Draft.

THESIS EDITING
» Together we will review the various types of editing and come to the decision of precisely what is needed. An Editing Agreement will be drawn up and signed.
» With written permission from your supervisor or thesis committee chairperson, copy and stylistic editing will be provided as needed. Your hard copy will be marked with editing as needed, and accompanied by separate notes legibly handwritten or computer printed.
» References will include all accepted current style guides.
» Every effort will be made to complete the work within two weeks if possible.
Cost
First ten pages: $135.00, following pages @ $2.00 per page. Total cost + 13% HST.

*PLEASE NOTE: For all editing submissions, we would like to meet with you in our office if this is possible. This first meeting is always complimentary.
*Subsequent meetings will be charged at $75.00 per hour + 13% HST, payable at time of the meeting.
*However, we will always respond promptly to your queries by phone or e-mail at no charge.
